Unicaja has the largest presence in Torre del Mar, which fits a bank founded in Málaga. This branch is on Avenida de Andalucía, the street where almost every bank in the town has its door.

Opening an account here without being resident

You can, and thousands of people who own property on this coast do. A non resident account requires proof that you are not tax resident in Spain, and Spanish banks obtain or ask for a certificate to that effect, which has to be renewed periodically.
