Terrasol carries more reviews than any other agency in the town, 659 of them, and does two jobs at once from Avenida de Andalucía: selling homes and managing holiday lettings for owners. In a coastal town those two businesses feed each other, and that is why the review count is so far ahead of the rest.

The rating, a 4.3, sits below the small sales only offices, and there is a structural reason for it that I would not hide. Letting management produces complaints that a sale never does: a boiler in August, a guest who left the flat badly, a cleaning bill. Volume of that kind costs stars.

If you are buying to let it out

Ask about the tourist letting registration before you buy, not after. In Andalusia a holiday let has to be registered and the flat has to meet conditions, and some communities of owners now restrict it in their statutes. An agency that manages lettings knows exactly which buildings in this town allow it, and that single conversation can decide whether the purchase makes sense at all.
