Reformas Segura

Reformas Segura is a general contractor based on Avenida Antonio Toré Toré, the road that runs down towards the promenade on the southern side of the town. It gathers a 4.3 over three reviews.

One contractor, or each trade hired separately

You can do it either way here, and the choice decides how your months go. Hiring a general contractor means one price, one schedule and one person responsible when the plumber and the tiler disagree. Hiring each trade yourself is cheaper on paper and makes you the site manager, which from another country is close to impossible.

My own view, for anybody who does not live here permanently: pay for the contractor. The saving from splitting the trades disappears the first time you have to fly over because two of them are waiting for each other, and coordinating a bathroom by message across a language and two time zones is not a saving at all.
